Degreasing, Annealing and Pickling Line

WSP GmbH announced a significant order for a complete degreasing, annealing, and pickling (DAP) line from Anhui Xinke Copper Co., Ltd., a Chinese manufacturer of copper and copper alloy strips.

The new facility will be constructed for GuanXi Xinke Copper Co., Ltd., a newly established subsidiary operating in southern China. The system will accommodate strip widths reaching 450 millimeters.

Manufacturing Partnership

Manufacturing responsibilities were divided between two entities:

• The key components will be made and delivered by WSP GmbH, Aachen, Germany
• Further parts, especially the strip transport parts will be delivered by WSP Heat Treatment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

This partnership arrangement provided the customer with cost efficiency and unified contractor accountability. The anticipated delivery timeline spans 12 months from order placement.

The project demonstrates WSP’s established reputation in industrial heat treatment technology and equipment manufacturing for non-ferrous metal processing applications.
